Palatine, Illinois Information

Take a Photo Tour?

Palatine, Illinois is located approximately 30 miles northwest of Chicago's downtown area (the "Loop"). Palatine is a sprawling, vibrant, historical village of approximately 50,000 people. Founded in the mid-1800's, many of the historic homes in Palatine's beautiful downtown area are marked with "year built" plaques. (Our office, by the way, is located in this historic area.) Getting there from Palatine is easy: U.S. Routes 12 and 14 cut diagonally through town connecting Chicago and Wisconsin; Lake Cook Road, on the North, and Palatine Road, from the center of town, both offer four lane connections to the North Shore communities; O'Hare Airport is just a 30 minute drive and the Loop about an hour via Route 53 and the Tollway system. Access to the Loop is also provided by the Metra rail system.
