Real Estate Pre License Class Begins Every Saturday

You can start any Saturday.  Classes are held at our Palatine office (125 W. Colfax - Colfax and Smith in the downtown Palatine area).  Classes begin at 8:30 AM and run until about 10:30 AM.  It will take six weeks, or less, for you to finish the course.  After you have completed the course and passed the final exam, a transcript will be issued which allows you to sit for the State of Illinois examination.  Once you've passed that exam, you will be eligible to become sponsored by a broker. Cost for our course is $250. payable when you enroll.

Ok, let's get the hard part out of the way right now. Prospecting is the single most crucial element in the business and it's the hardest part for most agents. Prospecting can be done in a number of ways canvassing, bulk mailing, using a sphere of influence contact system, working a farm, sitting open houses, taking floor time, handing out lots of business cards, working the internet, and more. The important thing to realize, up front, is that it's not easy and yet it must be done if you're going to succeed in this business.
